Ingredients
  

For the Instant Pot

  • 4 pounds chicken wings not frozen
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned pepper
  • 1 cup water

For the Oven

  • Cooked wings from the Instant Pot
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Everything Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

Prepare the Wings for the Instant Pot

  • Pour the water into the Instant Pot and add the chicken wings.
  • Sprinkle the garlic salt, seasoned salt, and seasoned pepper over the wings.
  • Secure the Instant Pot lid, ensuring the pressure valve is set to SEALING. Press the Manual button and set the timer for 10 minutes.
  • Once cooking is complete and the Instant Pot beeps, perform a quick release by carefully turning the valve to VENTING. Wait for the float valve to drop, then remove the lid.

Finish in the Oven

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the cooked wings on the sheet.
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, olive oil, and minced garlic. Brush this mixture onto both sides of the wings.
  • Sprinkle the wings generously with Everything Seasoning, minced parsley, and shredded Parmesan cheese.
  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 35-45 minutes, or until wings are golden brown on both sides, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese if desired, and serve.
