Ingredients
  

Homemade White Chocolate Syrup

  • 1 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Iced White Chocolate Mocha

  • 1 cup brewed espresso or strong brewed coffee cooled
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons homemade white chocolate syrup adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional whipped cream

Instructions
 

Homemade White Chocolate Syrup

  • In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and heavy cream or milk.
  • Stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  • Let the syrup cool slightly. It will thicken as it cools.

Iced White Chocolate Mocha

  • Brew a strong cup of espresso or coffee and allow it to cool completely.
  • Fill a glass with ice cubes, then pour in the cooled coffee.
  • Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of the homemade white chocolate syrup to the glass and stir well to combine.
  • Pour in your choice of milk and mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Top the drink with whipped cream, if desired, and garnish with chocolate shavings or white chocolate chips for an extra touch.
  • Stir lightly before serving and enjoy your delicious iced white chocolate mocha.
