Instructions
Homemade White Chocolate Syrup
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and heavy cream or milk.
Stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
Let the syrup cool slightly. It will thicken as it cools.
Iced White Chocolate Mocha
Brew a strong cup of espresso or coffee and allow it to cool completely.
Fill a glass with ice cubes, then pour in the cooled coffee.
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of the homemade white chocolate syrup to the glass and stir well to combine.
Pour in your choice of milk and mix until smooth and creamy.
Top the drink with whipped cream, if desired, and garnish with chocolate shavings or white chocolate chips for an extra touch.
Stir lightly before serving and enjoy your delicious iced white chocolate mocha.
