Velveeta Chili Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 1 can chili
  • 1 cup shredded fiesta blend cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Place the chili and cubed Velveeta cheese in a small cast iron skillet or oven-safe baking dish.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, then remove the dish and stir until the cheese and chili are fully combined.
  • Sprinkle the shredded fiesta blend cheese evenly over the top of the dip.
  • Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let the dip cool for a few minutes before serving with chips or vegetables.
