No Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup flaked coconut separated

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the cream cheese, sweetener, peanut butter, and 3 tablespoons flaked coconut.
  • Roll the mixture into 6 balls, the content will be a little sticky.
  • Place 2 tablespoons flaked coconut on a plate and roll each ball in the coconut.
  • Chill for 30 minutes before enjoying.
