Margherita Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • cup passata or tomato sauce
  • ½ cup grated mozzarella
  • Handful of fresh mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix the flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually pour in warm water and mix until a dough forms. Knead for a few minutes until smooth.
  • Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface, roll it into a 10-inch round, and place it on a pizza pan.
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spread passata evenly over the dough, then top with mozzarella and mint leaves.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  • Slice and serve immediately.
