Low Carb Strawberry Acai Refresher (Starbucks Inspired)

Ingredients
  

Acai Base

  • 2 teaspoons acai berry powder
  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water
  • 1-2 tablespoons preferred natural sweetener Stevia is my favorite

Strawberry Blend

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup cold water or sparkling water for fizz

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve the acai berry powder in one cup of cold water or coconut water. Use a small whisk to ensure the powder mixes smoothly, eliminating any lumps. For an even texture, strain the mixture through a fine sieve.
  • Sweeten with honey or your preferred natural sweetener, stirring until fully blended.
  • Blend fresh or frozen strawberries with cold water until smooth. Adjust the water amount to reach your desired consistency.
  • Combine the blended strawberries with the acai mixture, stirring to mix everything thoroughly.
  • Pour the mixture over ice cubes. If desired, top with sparkling water for a light, fizzy finish.
  • Stir well before serving and enjoy this vibrant, refreshing drink.
