Instructions
Add the heavy cream to a cold bowl and start whisking with a hand mixer or whisk.
After about a minute, add the powdered sweetener, stevia, and vanilla extract. Continue mixing until soft peaks form.
Be careful not to overmix, or the cream will turn into homemade butter.
Notes
Possible Substitutions:
Replace heavy cream with chilled coconut cream for a dairy-free option.
Use monk fruit extract powder instead of stevia powder.
