While the coating is still soft, decorate with Christmas sprinkles or arrange them in a festive pattern. Press the flat side of a Reese's Mini Peanut Butter Cup gently onto the top edge of the Oreo to resemble an ornament.
Repeat with the remaining Oreos, then transfer the baking sheet to the freezer for about 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
